Surpify - Best Hosting

1. You have the right to withdraw from the Contract by giving written notice within the first seven (7) days of the order. We will refund you any amount you have provided to us, provided that you have not entered into any transactions via our platform (s) or activated the services and tools that you received in the package with the purchase of our hosting. If the order placed in our SURPIFY.com store was not delivered for some reason.
2. You hereby represent and warrant that you have not been coerced, or otherwise persuaded to enter into the Agreement, nor have you entered into the Agreement based on any representation other than what is included herein. You hereby represent and warrant that you understand the idea of Hosting Services at SURPIFY.com. This means that purchased Hosting plans are not refundable.
